DEMSA MDI structures, validates and presents mining investment and concession-sale opportunities under a progressive access model, runs the competitive offer process, and turns every closing into a services account within the ecosystem.
Titles unverified. Reports never cross-checked. Risks that surface only in due diligence, once six months are already gone.
Ownership checked against the mining registry, concession validity verified, technical reports reviewed, and risks declared up front.
From the public card to closing and on to the services account. No one sees the full file without signing; no one signs without knowing what they will see.
River logistics, ports, offtake and export — forty years of Southern Cone operations behind every agreement.
Access is by invitation and opens in stages. The calendar goes to the early-access list.

This is not a listings search. Behind every answer sits a validated file: mining registry, title, technical reports and environmental status, reviewed by analysts with AI assistance. Every claim traces back to its source.

Each stage opens more information in exchange for more commitment. No one sees the full file without signing; no one signs without knowing what they will see. The E0–E5 model orders the whole process and is implemented in the software.
The mining platforms that exist solve discovery: they publish open listings. The international buyer's problem is not finding the asset, it is believing it. Every opportunity that enters DEMSA MDI goes through ownership verification in the mining registry, a check on concession validity, cross-checking of the technical reports and a review of environmental status before it is published.
A mining asset that has been sold still has to get out. That is where the DEMSA ecosystem comes in: river transport on the Hidrovía Paraná–Paraguay, port infrastructure re-engineering, offtake agreements and access to ocean ports. Every closing becomes a services account with a life of its own — the company's third revenue engine.
The energy transition pushed global demand for lithium, copper and rare earths. Argentina is on the map for all three.
The agreement opens the European market to regional production and brings buyers who demand documentary traceability.
Argentina's incentive regime and 30-year fiscal stability changed the return calculation on large projects.
Concessions change hands through contacts, spreadsheets and loose PDFs. Discovery is solved. Trust is not.
Identity and organisations, the E0–E5 stage engine and the opportunity repository, running in both the development and production environments.
Document and mapping repository with permissions and a protected viewer, digital NDA, Deal Room, and the competitive process end to end.
The first concessions, our own and our partners', enter validation so they are published the day the platform opens.
Brazil and Asia-Pacific, agreements to purchase future production, and the post-closing services account running at full capacity.

DEMSA GLOBAL is born where two worlds meet that almost never do: the world of the mine, the barge and the port, where a decision is measured in decades, and the world of software, where the paradigm turns over every five years. Out of that meeting comes an idea the industry still does not have: that the information behind a mining asset be delivered as a verified, traceable product — and not as a folder passed from hand to hand.
It has operated since the 1980s in the ports of the Hidrovía Paraná–Paraguay — San Nicolás, Rosario, Ramallo, Zárate — and in ocean ports through alliances. Today it concentrates on river transport of minerals, port infrastructure re-engineering and opening new markets.
Its ground is the physical mineral: the concession, the barge, the ship's hold and the buyer on the other side of the ocean. Its commercial network reaches Brazil, China, India and the Argentine mining provinces.
Thirty-three years writing software and not one of them repeating the last. It was born in 1993 and crossed every move the trade has made without settling into any of them: the in-house datacenter, virtualisation, private cloud, public cloud, DevOps, DevSecOps.
Today its trade is a decision almost nobody is making yet: which processes have to stay software, and which can already be agents. It is the same decision that fifteen years ago was whether to move to the cloud — and that one, too, looked like it could wait. It is why this company exists now and not ten years ago.
The platform is the company's asset and carries a registered name of its own. Everything being built — the stage engine, the file repository, the Deal Room — lives under that mark.
If you hold a concession and want it to enter validation, or you represent capital and want to be there when the portfolio opens, write to us and you are on the early-access list. Founding accounts come in on terms that will not be repeated.
